No, You can start or stop our service at any time by making a phone call to us. It's that easy.  Of course, you can email us with your need to stop the service or add additional services. We make sure we pro-rate any fees paid which service were not rendered.

Yes, you can skip a visit if you choose.  We would require that you call us ahead of time to schedule the missed visit so that we can pro- rate your next months service charges.   If you are going on vacation and plan to board your dogs, we understand your need to not be charged.  If you keep the dogs at home and they continue to poop, we will charge you slightly higher when you continue the servie when you get back, since their will be more dog waste to pick up.  We use common sense to adjust the fees for this non-customary service event. We would then continue our service as normal after that event.

The fact is that it is not good fertilizer. Of course you want to do your own research on this matter.  By defination, it is considered to be "hazardous waste" by our most conservative environmental agencies.  Much of the waste is protien matter which takes a lot of time to breakdown.  It is much better to just have it removed and use commercial grade fertilizers on your lawn or garden. 

Depending on how bad your current dog waste amount is on your property, we may need to charge you more for pickup and disposal. We will discuss with you how bad it is and come to an agreement.  If you have scooped up the waste yourself in the last week, we will not charge you any extra service charge over our normal service fees.

Each time we go to a service property, we make sure that our shovels, rakes and dust pans are consistently cleaned.  We use various disinfectants for this purpose including parvo killing anti-microbial  as well as a bleach solution to make sure no bacteria reaches any other property.  Additionally, we clean our shoes as needed to remove any dog waste.  We are very conscious of making sure your dog is safe of transfering chemicals, tozins or microbes between  each home owners property.

We are a small company and get to know our clients on an on going basis. You will soon get to know your dog waste removal servicer quickly and have a comfort level which is well respected.   We want you to know our face and also get to know your dog(s) so they feel comfortable with us.

Always guaranteed!  We take pride in making sure your lawn and property is clear of dog waste on an on going basis. When we do our job well, is it shown that you will probably tell 10 people. So, we have a vested interest in making sure the poop is gone and the job is done right.  Of course, we may schedule a cleaning early in the morning and by the time you get home from work you might see one or two new doggie deposits. We will be back next week to clean up the next series of doggie waste deposits. 

You might want to tell your neighbors about our service.  Of course,  If your neighbors are ever concerned, we encourage them to just ask us who we are and why we are there.

We prefer to offer our services on regular days but do make exceptions.  All you have to do is call us to discuss the matter. Chirstmas and Thanksgiving are not offered but we do make arrangements for the other holidays.  Just give us a call.

Yes, we do service our clients on rainy days. There are days when the rain is too much, so, we wait until the heavy rain stops and catch up on the service the next day or so.  We adjust  the service in the same manner as the garbage disposal service does, we simply catch up.
